New Unfranchise Owner Training (NUOT)
and Basic 5
Available as live trainings, or as downloads at Unfranchise.com.
Approximately 4-hour courses
Recommended to be taken once or twice per year to stay fresh with what's new for your business; live is always best.
NOTE: Both must be complete before continuing with ECCT (see below).
Executive Coordinator Certification Training (ECCT)
Must be taken within 28 days of receiving your first Commission payment from the MPCP (if you've taken NUOT, you'll know what this is) or future checks will be held until complete. It is not available online, and usually only offered once per quarter in most local areas. Take it when it is offered.
